How fast is your response time to content change requests?
For regular content updates, we make the changes you want within 1-2 business (although it frequently only takes 24 hours). If you want a more extensive website update, it can take longer depending on the size of the update request.
What happens if I need a major update to my website?
If you need something more extensive than a regular content update, we handle those at $50/hour. Examples of more extensive updates include rewriting a full page, adding a new section, or setting up a new integration. For especially large projects or updates, we'll put together a custom quote so you know exactly what to expect upfront.
Will you support a website that you didn't originally build?
Yes, we will support any website even if we didn’t build it. But we do require a $200 startup fee for websites that we didn’t create. This is because it takes some extra time for us to familiarize ourselves with your website and business and perform the required setup.
Are there any long-term contracts required?
We don’t require any long-term contracts for our website support plans. You can cancel your plan anytime. This allows your business to be flexible as your needs change.
